Internal AE Services overview

Internal AE Services is a part of the Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity solution running on the Routing Core Server.

Internal AE Services supports the following services:

  • CVLAN

  • TSAPI (with JTAPI)

  • DMCC first-party call control (only for call recording)

  • DMCC third-party call control

You can configure internal AE Services using the AE Services management console and Configuration Server. Changes that you make on the Configuration Server have a higher priority and override the AE Services management console configuration.
