The AE Services management console relies on two servers, Apache HTTP server and Apache Tomcat, which require certificates for authentication. By default, Apache and Tomcat use a self-signed certificate, which is different from the AE Services server certificate.

Avaya recommends that you replace the Apache and Tomcat default server certificate in a production environment.
