This procedure describes the generic steps of downloading a trusted certificate from a CA. For more information about downloading a trusted CA certificate, see your CA guidelines.
Procedure
In your browser, go to the website of your CA.
Download the certificate or certificate chain file.
Verify that the header and trailer of the trusted certificate file are in the required format.
If the header and trailer of your trusted certificate file have a different format, edit the header and trailer before importing the file to the AE Services server.
