Verifying the trusted CA certificate installation

About this task

Verify the installation of the certificate chain in AE Services, certificate validity dates, and status.

Procedure

  1. On the AE Services management console, go to Security > Certificate Management > CA Trusted Certificate.
  2. On the CA Trusted Certificates page, select the trusted CA certificate and click View.
  3. On the Trusted Certificate Details page, verify the following details:

    • The entire chain of certificates is installed, including the root certificate.

    • Issued To displays the name of the organization for which the trusted certificate is issued.

    • Issued By displays the name of the CA that issued the trusted certificate.

    • Expiration Date displays the date when the trusted certificate expires.

    • The information in Details is correct.
