AE Services uses Role Based Access Control (RBAC). Users have different access permissions depending on their role. The following table provides an overview of the user roles in AE Services.

Has permissions to manage users.

Has permissions to view AE Services status, audit information, certificate parameters, and CTI users.

Has permissions to backup and restore server data.

Has permissions to view logs, perform diagnostics, control services, import and export security and server databases.

Has permissions to configure Enhanced Access Security Gateway (EASG) properties.
