Viewing the number of licensed Unified Desktop users

About this task

Before reserving licenses for Unified Desktop users, obtain the number of licensed users from the AE Services license file.

You can also access the license server from your web browser using the Avaya WebLM IP address in your web browser.

Procedure

  1. On the Application Enablement Services management console, go to Licensing > WebLM Server Access.

    Your browser window displays the Web License Manager page.

  2. On the Web License Manager page, log in to Avaya WebLM.
  3. To view the AE Services licensed features, click Application_Enablement.
  4. To view the number of licensed Unified Desktop users, in the AE Services license file, locate the VALUE_AES_AEC_UNIFIED_CC_DESKTOP value.
