The TSAPI Basic User license is intended for applications that monitor or control an endpoint, or monitor a skill. In the license file, the TSAPI Basic User license is referred to as a Simultaneous User license. It is scaled in terms of the number of agents, endpoint, or skills that you want to monitor and control.
When you allocate a TSAPI basic user license to an endpoint, the license is in use as long as the endpoints meets one of the following criteria:
When you allocate a TSAPI Basic User license to a skill, that license is in use as long as the skill is monitored.
You can reserve the TSAPI Basic User licenses using the AE Services management console. AE Services acquires the reserved TSAPI Basic User licenses when the TSAPI service starts and keeps them in use until the TSAPI service stops.
