Retaining log files using the command line interface

About this task

Set the period for retaining log files using the command line interface.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the AE Services command line interface as a datacontroller or cust user.
  2. In the command promt, run the following command:

    retention —l <0–180>

    where 0–180 is the number of days for which you can retain the log files.
