Terminating a DMCC service devices

About this task

When you terminate a device, AE Services unregisters the device, sends a TerminalUnregistered event to the client, and releases the device ID.

Procedure

  1. On the AE Services management console, go to Status > Status and Control > DMCC Service Summary > Device Summary.
  2. On the DMCC Service Summary - Device Summary page, select one or several DMCC devices to terminate.
  3. Click Terminate Devices.
  4. On the confirmation page, click Terminate.
