Terminating a DMCC service session

About this task

When you terminate a session, AE Services releases the devices associated with the session, and sends a ServerSessionTerminated event to the client.

Procedure

  1. On the AE Services management console, go to Status > Status and Control > DMCC Service Summary.
  2. On the DMCC Service Summary - Session Summary page, select one or several DMCC sessions to terminate.
  3. Click Terminate Sessions.
  4. On the confirmation page, click Terminate.
