Viewing switch connection details

About this task

View the details of the connection between the AE Services server and Routing Core Server.

The Switch Connections page is read-only. You can configure the connection parameters on the Configuration Server. For more information about switch connection configuration, see the AE Services server configuration section in the Administering Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity.

Procedure

  1. On the AE Services management console, go to Application Enablement Services Interface > Switch Connections.
  2. On the Switch Connections page, verify the connection details in the following fields:

    • Connection Name

    • Processor Ethernet

    • Msg Period

    • Number of Active Connections
