AE Services supports Enhanced Access Security Gateway (EASG).

EASG provides a secure method for Avaya services personnel to access the AE Services server remotely and on site. The customer manages the access to the AE Services server and can enable or disable the server at any time. You must enable EASG for Avaya Services to perform tasks for routine maintenance, management and solution optimization. EASG is also required to enable remote proactive support tools, such as Avaya Expert Systems® and Avaya Healthcheck.

You can enable or disable EASG using the AE Services management console and the command line interface.
