Avaya does not recommend that you disable EASG. By disabling Avaya Logins, you prevent Avaya access to your system, which impacts support of the product.
Procedure
On the AE Services management console, go to Security > PAM > PAM Password Manager.
In the Optional Additional Authentication Protocols section, clear Enable EASG user access.
