AE Services raises an alarm if the EASG product certificate expired or is about to expire in 365, 180, or 30 days. To stop this alarm, you must apply the patch for a new certificate or upgrade to the latest release. If the product certificate expires, Avaya cannot provide remote access support.

If the EASG product certificate expires, you can use EASG after installing the EASG site certificate.
