EASG site certificates are used by the on-site Avaya technicians who do not have access to the Avaya network to generate a response to the EASG challenge. The technician must generate and provide the EASG site certificate to the customer. The customer loads the EASG site certificate on each server to which the customer granted the technician access. The EASG site certificate only allows access to the systems on which it was installed and to the certain Avaya technician. After the certificate installation, the technician logs in with the EASG challenge.
