Deleting a device

About this task

Delete devices that you no longer use from the security database. You can delete one or several devices at a time.

If you delete the device from the security database, CTI users cannot access this device.

Procedure

  1. On the AE Services management console, go to Security > Security Database > Devices.
  2. On the Devices page, select one or more device IDs.
  3. Click Delete Device(s).
  4. On the Delete Device page, click Delete.
