Deleting a worktop

About this task

Delete the worktops that you no longer use from the security database. If you delete a worktop from the security database, CTI users cannot access it.

Procedure

  1. On the AE Services management console, go to Security > Security Database > Worktops.
  2. On the Worktops page, select one or several worktops to delete.
  3. Click Delete Worktop(s).
  4. Click Delete.
