Configuring TSAPI link advanced settings

About this task

Configure the TSAPI link advanced settings to set up Telephony Services Driver Interface (TSDI) parameters for the TSAPI link.

Procedure

  1. On the AE Services management console, go to AE Services > TSAPI > TSAPI Links.
  2. Select a link and click Edit Link.
  3. On the Edit TSAPI Links page, click Advanced Settings.
  4. On the TSAPI Link – Advanced Settings page, configure the following fields:

    • Max Flow Allowed

    • TSDI Size

    • TSDI High Water Mark

  5. Click Apply Changes.
  6. On the Apply Changes to Link page, click Apply.
  7. Restart the TSAPI service.
