Remove users from the User Management database. If you delete CTI users from the User Management database, AE Services also removes them from the security database.
Procedure
On the AE Services management console, go to User Management > User Admin > List All Users.
On the List All Users page, select the user.
Click Delete.
On the Delete User page, click Delete.
AE Services displays the User deleted successfully message.
