Sorting agents

About this task

Sort the added agents by login ID, name, and permission set assigned to the agents. Agents are sorted alphabetically or numerically.

Before you begin

Add at least two agents.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Agents.
  2. At the top of the Agents screen, click the Login ID, Agent Name, or Permission Sets (COR) column header.

    For example, you can click Login ID to sort the agents by unique identifier.

    The Configuration Server displays a sorted list of agents.
