Editing logout reason codes

About this task

Edit the created logout reason codes. You can edit the configuration of only one logout reason code at a time. When you edit logout reason code configuration, you cannot modify the reason code number. If you want to use a different reason code number, you must add a new logout reason code.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Reason Codes.
  2. Click the Logout Reason Codes subtab.
  3. Select the required logout reason code.
  4. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Edit icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the logout reason code configuration fields.

  5. Modify the required settings on the page.
  6. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.

    The Configuration Server saves the logout reason code configuration and redirects you to the Logout Reason Codes screen.
