Sorting logout reason codes

About this task

Sort the added logout reason codes by number and name. Reason codes are sorted alphabetically.

Before you begin

Add at least two logout reason codes.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Reason Codes.
  2. Click the Logout Reason Codes subtab.
  3. At the top of the Logout Reason Codes screen, click the Code or Name column header.

    For example, you can click Code to sort the reason codes by code number.

    The Configuration Server displays a sorted list of logout reason codes.
