Sorting skills

About this task

Sort the added skills by number, name, and type. Skills are sorted alphabetically or numerically.

Before you begin

Add at least two skills.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Skills.
  2. At the top of the Skills screen, click the Skill Number, Skill Name, or Skill Type column header.

    For example, you can click Skill Name to sort the skills by skill name.

    The Configuration Server displays a sorted list of skills.
