Duplicating call pickup group configuration

About this task

Duplicate the created call pickup group configuration to add more groups with a similar configuration to the contact center.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Call Pickup Groups.
  2. On the Call Pickup Groups page, select the required call pickup group.
  3. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Duplicate icon.

    Configuration Server duplicates the group and displays the call pickup group configuration fields.

  4. On the Add Call Pickup Group page, in the Group Number field, type the call pickup group identifier.
  5. In the Group Name field, type the call pickup group name.

    You can type a maximum of 35 Unicode characters.

  6. In the Description field, type the call pickup group description.

    You can type a maximum of 50 Unicode characters.

  7. Click Permission Sets (COR).

    Configuration Server displays the CORs pane on the right.

  8. On the CORs pane, select the permission set to assign to the call pickup group.
  9. In the Group Members section, click ADD.

    Configuration Server displays the Extensions pane on the right.

  10. On the Extensions pane, select the endpoint extensions to add to the call pickup group.

    You can add up to 50 endpoints to the group.

  11. Click SAVE.
  12. At the top-right corner of the page, click Commit.

    Configuration Server saves the call pickup group configuration and redirects you to the Call Pickup Groups page.
