View the configuration of call pickup groups that you add on the Call Pickup Groups page. You can view only one call pickup group configuration at a time.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Call Pickup Groups.
On the Call Pickup Groups page, select the required call pickup group.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
Configuration Server displays the call pickup group configuration fields. You can click to edit the configuration.
