Viewing call pickup group configuration

About this task

View the configuration of call pickup groups that you add on the Call Pickup Groups page. You can view only one call pickup group configuration at a time.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Call Pickup Groups.
  2. On the Call Pickup Groups page, select the required call pickup group.
  3. At the top-right corner of the page, click the View icon.

    Configuration Server displays the call pickup group configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
