Adding coverage answer groups

About this task

Add a coverage answer group for assigning it to a coverage path as a coverage point. You can add up to 100 members to a coverage answer group.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Coverage > Coverage Answer Groups.
  2. At the top-right corner of the Coverage Answer Group page, click the Add icon.

    Configuration Server displays the coverage path configuration fields.

  3. On the Add Coverage Answer Group page, in the Group Number field, type the coverage answer group identifier.

    You can type a number from 1 to 9,999.

  4. In the Name field, type the coverage answer group name.

    You can type a maximum of 35 Unicode characters.

  5. In the Description field, type the coverage answer group description.

    You can type a maximum of 50 Unicode characters.

  6. Click ADD.

    Configuration Server displays the Extensions pane on the right.

  7. On the Extensions pane, select the extensions of the agents to add to the coverage answer group.
  8. Click SAVE.
  9. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.

    Configuration Server saves the coverage answer group configuration and redirects you to the Coverage Answer Group page.
