Delete one or several coverage answer groups simultaneously. Configuration Server removes the deleted coverage answer groups from the contact center, and you cannot restore the coverage answer group configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Coverage > Coverage Answer Groups.
On the Coverage Answer Group page, select one or several coverage answer groups.
Optional To select all coverage answer groups, select the check box next to the Name column title.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
Configuration Server removes the selected coverage answer groups from the contact center.
