Editing coverage answer group configuration

About this task

Edit the created coverage answer group configuration. You can edit the configuration of only one coverage answer group at a time.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Coverage > Coverage Answer Groups.
  2. On the Coverage Answer Group page, select the required coverage answer group.
  3. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Edit icon.

    Configuration Server displays the coverage answer group configuration fields.

  4. Modify the required settings on the page.
  5. At the top-right corner of the page, click Commit.

    Configuration Server saves the coverage answer group configuration and redirects you to the Coverage Answer Group page.
