Importing journey profiles

About this task

You can use a configuration spreadsheet to import a group of journey profiles to the contact center. You can add new journey profiles to the contact center or update the configuration of a group of existing journey profiles.

To edit the configuration of a group of journey profiles, you can fill in the configuration spreadsheet with existing journey profile names. When you upload the spreadsheet, Configuration Server updates the configuration of journey profiles with matching names.

Before you begin

Ensure that you downloaded a journey profile configuration template from the Customer Journey Profiles page and filled it in with your configuration details.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Customer Journey > Journey Profile.
  2. At the top-right corner of the Customer Journey Profiles page, click the More icon and select Import CJProfile.
  3. In the new window, go to the required folder and select the configuration spreadsheet.

    The configuration spreadsheet is in the .xlsx format.

  4. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    Configuration Server imports the journey profile configuration data to the contact center.
