Editing call type configuration

About this task

Edit the created call type configuration. You can edit the configuration of only one call type at a time. When you edit call type configuration, you cannot modify the call type name. If you want to use a different call type name, you must add a new call type.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Dial Plan Call Types.
  2. On the Dial Plan Call Types screen, select the required call type configuration.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Edit icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the call type configuration fields.

  4. Modify the required settings on the page.
  5. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.

    The Configuration Server saves the call type configuration and redirects you to the Dial Plan Call Types screen.
