Sorting dial plan call types

About this task

Sort the added call types by name and description. Dial plan call types are sorted alphabetically or numerically.

Before you begin

Add at least two call type configurations.

Procedure

On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Dial Plan Call Types.
At the top of the Dial Plan Call Types screen, click the Name or Description column header.

For example, you can click Name to sort the call types by name.

The Configuration Server displays a sorted list of call types.
