Configure the contact center to use the AI Pairing algorithm for call routing. You can also specify the release number that you use in your contact center.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Parameters > Global Configurations.
On the Global Configurations page, click Call Center Features.
Configuration Server displays the Add New Global Config pane on the right.
In AI Pairing, select one of the following:
disable-all: The AI Pairing algorithm is unavailable for call routing.
no: The contact center does not use the AI Pairing algorithm.
yes: The contact center uses the AI Pairing algorithm for call routing.
In CMS Release, select the Call Management System release that you are using.
At the top-right corner of the page, click Save.
Configuration Server displays the saved configuration on the Global Configurations page.
