Configuring the VuStats settings

About this task

Specify the intervals for collecting agent and skill statistics. You can later select the number of intervals for specific VuStats data formats. If you do not specify the number of intervals for VuStats data formats, the Routing Core Server collects data during one interval configured on the Global Configurations page.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Parameters > Global Configurations.
  2. On the Global Configurations page, click VuStats Settings.

    Configuration Server displays the Add New Global Config pane on the right.

  3. From the VuStats Measurement Interval drop-down list, select one of the following:
    • half-hour: Routing Core Server collects data for displaying agent or skill statistics for 30 minutes.

    • hour: Routing Core Server collects data for displaying agent or skill statistics for one hour.

    Routing Core Server collects the data during the specified interval. You can specify the number of intervals for different VuStats data formats. For example, if you select hour and specify four intervals for the VuStats data format, the Routing Core Server collects the data during four hours and then resets it.

  4. From the Clear VuStats Shift Data drop-down list, select one of the following:
    • at-midnight: To clear the skill data for all agents at midnight.

    • on-login: To clear the skill data for an agent when the agent logs in.

  5. At the top-right corner of the page, click Save.

    Configuration Server displays the saved configuration on the Global Configurations page.
