Enabling call recording

About this task

Enable or disable call recording with DMCC and TSAPI APIs from the internal Application Enablement Services server.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Parameters > Global Configurations.
  2. At the top-right corner of the Global Configurations screen, click the Add icon.
  3. In Add New Global Config, select call recording.
  4. Select true.
  5. Click SAVE.

    The Configuration Server displays the saved configuration on the Global Configurations screen.
