Setting up a UCID node ID

About this task

Configure a UCID node ID for each node in the network for message routing. A UCID node ID is a digit identifier that is unique to your switch.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Parameters > Global Configurations.
  2. On the Global Configurations page, click UCID Node ID.

    Configuration Server displays the Add New Global Config pane on the right.

  3. In Value, type a unique UCID node ID.

    The value range is 1 to 32,767.

  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click Save.

    Configuration Server displays the saved configuration on the Global Configurations page.
