Delete one or several SIP servers at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted SIP servers from the contact center, and you cannot use the services that SIP server provides.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > SIP Servers.
On the SIP Servers screen, select one or several SIP servers.
Optional To select all SIP servers, select the check box next to Name.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The Configuration Server removes the selected SIP servers from the contact center.
