Delete one or several terminal groups at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted terminal groups from the contact center, and you cannot restore the terminal group configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Terminal Groups.
On the Terminal Groups screen, select one or several terminal groups.
Optional To select all terminal groups, select the check box next to Name.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The Configuration Server removes the selected terminal groups from the contact center.
