Deleting trunk groups

About this task

Delete one or several trunk groups simultaneously. Configuration Server removes the deleted trunk groups from the contact center, and you cannot restore the trunk group configuration. You cannot delete the trunk groups used in the SIP server configuration.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Parameters > Trunk Groups.
  2. On the Trunk Groups page, select one or several trunk groups.
  3. Optional To select all trunk groups, select the check box next to the Name column title.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    Configuration Server removes the selected trunk groups from the contact center.
