Deleting voicemail servers

About this task

Delete one or several voicemail servers at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted voicemail servers from the contact center, and you cannot restore the voicemail server configuration.

If you delete the server that you set as a coverage path for an endpoint or an agent, the contact center does not redirect calls to voicemail for this endpoint or agent.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Voice Mail Servers.
  2. On the Voice Mail Servers screen, select one or several voicemail servers.
  3. Optional To select all voicemail servers, select the check box next to Name.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server removes the selected voicemail servers from the contact center.
