Sorting voicemail servers

About this task

Sort the added voicemail servers by name, number, and routing digits. voicemail servers are sorted alphabetically or numerically.

Before you begin

Add at least two voicemail servers.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Voice Mail Servers.
  2. At the top of the Voice Mail Servers screen, click the Name, Number, or Routing Digits column header.

    For example, you can click Routing Digits to sort the servers by the digits used for routing calls to the voicemail server.

    The Configuration Server displays a sorted list of voicemail servers.
