Viewing voicemail server configuration

About this task

View the configuration of voicemail servers that you added on the Voice Mail Servers screen. You can view the configuration of only one voicemail server at a time.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Voice Mail Servers.
  2. On the Voice Mail Servers screen, select the required voicemail server.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the View icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the voicemail server configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
