Duplicating vector routing table configuration

About this task

Duplicate the created vector routing table configuration to add more vector routing tables with a similar configuration to the contact center.

On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Vector Routing Tables.
On the Vector Routing Tables screen, select the required vector routing table.
At the top-right corner of the screen, click .

The Configuration Server displays the vector routing table configuration fields.
On the top half of the screen, in Table ID, type the new vector routing table ID.

You can type a number from 1 to 999.
In Name, type the new vector routing table name.

You can type a maximum of 35 Unicode characters.
At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.

The Configuration Server saves the vector routing table configuration and redirects you to the Vector Routing Tables screen.
