Adding a GOTO VECTOR vector step

Last Updated : Apr 21, 2022 |

About this task

Add a goto vector vector step to direct the call to a specific step within another vector. If the call meets the condition specified in the step, the Routing Core Server directs the call to the required vector step. You can later move the call to the original vector using the return step.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Vectors.
  2. At the top-right corner of the Vectors screen, click the Add icon.

The Configuration Server displays the vector configuration fields.

  3. On the top half of the screen, configure the required fields.
  4. On the bottom half of the screen, in the drop-down box on the left of the row, select goto.
  5. In the next drop-down box, select vector.
  6. In the next field, type the required vector number.

The value range is 1 through 32,000.

  7. In At Step, type the required step number of the specified vector.
  8. In if, select the condition against which you need to verify the threshold value.
  9. Configure the condition parameters.
  10. Optional Configure the required vector steps.
  11. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.

The Configuration Server saves the vector configuration and redirects you to the Vectors screen.
