Add a queue-to best vector step to queue the call to the skill identified by a series of consider steps. A call remains in the queue until a disconnect, busy, or route-to step terminates vector processing.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Vectors.
At the top-right corner of the Vectors screen, click .
The Configuration Server displays the vector configuration fields.
On the top half of the screen, configure the required fields.
On the bottom half of the screen, in the drop-down box on the left of the row, select queue-to.
In the next drop-down box, select best.
Optional Configure the required vector steps.
At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
The Configuration Server saves the vector configuration and redirects you to the Vectors screen.
