Sorting vectors

About this task

Sort the added vectors by name and number. Vectors are sorted alphabetically or numerically.

Before you begin

Add at least two vectors.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Vectors.
  2. At the top of the Vectors screen, click the Number or Name column header.

    For example, you can click Number to sort vectors by vector number.

    The Configuration Server displays a sorted list of vectors.
