Viewing vector configuration

About this task

From the Vectors screen, view the created vector to get a detailed information about the configuration. You can view only one vector configuration at a time.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Vectors.
  2. On the Vectors screen, select the required vector.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the View icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the vector configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
