Testing a transfer by call join

About this task

Verify that an agent can complete a transfer by call join. To transfer a call to the transfer target, an agent sets up a three-party conference call and disconnects from the call.

Procedure

  1. Log in to endpoint 1 with agent credentials.
  2. Log in to endpoint 2 with agent credentials.
  3. On the caller's phone, call a VDN.
  4. On endpoint 1, change the agent work mode to Auto-In.
  5. Answer the incoming call.
  6. Check the quality of the speech path.
  7. On endpoint 1, press Conference.
  8. Enter the agent login ID.

    You must use the agent login ID you used to log in to endpoint 2.

  9. Verify that all participants are on the call.
  10. Check the quality of the speech path.
  11. On endpoint 1, complete the call.
  12. On the caller's phone and endpoint 2, check the quality of the speech path.
  13. Complete the call.
