A CTI link connection for the TSAPI and CVLAN services is not established.
Cause
The CTI link is not configured on the Configuration Server web portal.
Solution
Procedure
Log in to the Configuration Server web portal as a system administrator.
Navigate to Contact Center Administration > CTI Links.
On the CTI Links page, add the required CTI link.

Log in to the AE Services management console as a system administrator.
Check if the TSAPI or CVLAN link number matches the CTI link number on the Configuration Server web portal.
