A user has no access to Configuration Server applications

Condition

After a user logs in, the Configuration Server web portal does not display application tiles on the App Launcher screen.

Solution

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Configuration Server web portal as a super administrator.
  2. On the App Launcher screen, click Security.

    The Security App tab displays the applications that you can assign one by one to the user.

  3. In the Security App application, navigate to Contact Center Administration > User Permissions.
  4. On the User Permissions screen, locate the user.

    You can use the search bar at the top of the screen to find the user.

  5. In the corresponding row, click the Assign-pages icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the Assign Pages pane on the right.

  6. On the Assign Pages pane, check if the user has the required access rights.
  7. Optional Assign the remaining applications to the user as applicable.
