An agent cannot log in to the Configuration Server web portal

Condition

When an agent attempts to log in on the Local Login page, the Configuration Server web portal displays the Invalid credentials message.

Solution

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Configuration Server web portal as a super administrator.
  2. On the App Launcher screen, click Security.
  3. On the Security Portal, click User Management.
  4. Check if the user is added to the Configuration Server.

    You can use the search bar to find the user.

    If the user exists, reset the user's password.

  5. Optional If the user does not exist on the Configuration Server, add a user with the corresponding user role.
